REFUEL Bootcamp is a dynamic community for all fitness levels with the shared goal of self-improvement. Our 50 minute bootcamp classes are designed to maximize strength and endurance while sculpting your body. All classes are trainer led for proper form, and visual TV's for correct exercise movements.
OUR FITNESS PROGRAMS ROTATE EVERY 4 WEEKS
A combination of boxing, HIIT training, and burning calories. This program is designed to shred body fat, sculpt muscles, and see noticeable results. We motivate, challenge and empower you to reach your full mental and physical potential.
A focus on full-body double compound explosive movements. You will learn to utilize your entire body to compound moves in this face paced class.
Plyometric and core movements that support the entire body’s structure and creates that long lean look you desire. This program is designed to exert maximum force in short intervals of time, while building endurance and speed. Spike your heart rate and crush your goals!
Working with a partner to help spark each other’s motivation. Join us for a full body workout hitting all the major muscle groups. This accountability piece is a driving force to get you one step closer to becoming better than you were yesterday!
Tabata style type of workout which consists of fast movements to increase your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, and can help you burn more fat. What makes this class fun the trainer is the timer for the class

Jamie Azode is an Elite Trainer who knows how to help you meet your fitness goals and get the body you always wanted. With over 100lbs lost personally, she understands the struggle and can motivate you to win that battle. Jamie has been certified since 2018 and holds a number of certifications including personal training, nutrition, strength and conditioning and group training. Her impressive knowledge makes her the perfect trainer to get you where you want to go. Taking matters into her own hands in 2023, Jamie opened her own studio with one goal: to help others reach their full potential. She is committed to helping every person succeed – no matter what level they are starting from.
